Chapter 2: Baking your Narrative
The first step on the road to a repeatable, scalable sales process is to build your narrative.
That is, craft the "story" you will be presenting to your would-be customers, which will eventually take the form of slides, email templates, spoken messaging, website copy, videos and so forth. Because before you start creating those artifacts, you have to have the framework.
