Quota attainment by SDR (2021)
On average, 68% of reps in a given group achieve quota.
There has been remarkable consistency around this metric over the years. Two-thirds of reps achieving quota seems to be the natural equilibrium.
We note a 5% (percentage point) improvement in quota attainment in High-Growth companies versus Laggards (71% versus 66%).
