SDR daily quality conversations
Another useful metric is the number of Quality Conversations (QCs) per rep per day.
We define a QC as “a connect or response where at least one piece of qualifying or disqualifying information is learned.”
We find an average of 4.4 QCs per rep per day. That’s a 45% fall since 2014—or nearly 10% annual decline over that time.
