Average ramp times sits at 3.1 months.
This is in line with our 2018 findings. High-Growth companies report modestly faster average ramp times than Laggards (2.7 versus 3.4 months respectively).
If there’s a universal truth of Sales Development, it may very well be this: ramping new SDRs to full productivity takes about 3 months.
