WBD Quick Discovery-Demo
How to perform a quick demo:
- Step 1: Write an agenda of the points your are going to demo. Keep it to three points on a 30 minute call and five points on a 60 minute call.
- Step 2: For each demo point, summarize your previous diagnosis and point out why you are showing a particular solution.
- Step 3: Orient the client with the layout of your product on the screen.
- Step 4: - Demonstrate how your product solves their problem. - "Hand over"controls by asking if there is anything would like to see. - Identify impact for each point by asking three questions: - Would this address the issue you described earlier? - Can you see yourself using this product? - How would this impact your business?
- Step 5:At the end of each question, summarize the key findings, and move to the next point.
- Step 6: Following the demonstration, recap the findings across all three points using the customer's vernacular.
