WBR Customer Success QBRs

Many consider the Quarterly Business Review or QBR to be one of the key meetings with the stakeholders inside a company.

This causes a problem because the number of SaaS software vendors for a 500-person company ranges somewhere between 50 to 100! If each of them requires a one-hour QBR, it would take weeks of meetings with vendors every quarter to discuss usage of the vendor's product.

What is more important to a customer is a frequent report that shows the results or impact they had sought. For example, during the orchestration meeting, establish a 12-month impact plan. At the same time, report often on the monthly impact achieved with a suggested corrective action.
